Operational support DBA are mainly responsible for

• Install and Configure reporting services
• Backing up Reporting Services (including databases, config files and encryption keys)
• Deploying new reports
• create and manage shared data sources
• Optimizing reports – Enable caching of reports
• Authorize users for reports
• Create and deploy security roles.
• Check Reporting Services Error Logs for errors
• Maintain response time of reporting services
